Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our premium sarees, we do not accept returns for non-defective products. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by RAJRANI TRENDS. For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
