Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India depending on location.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal COD handling fee depending on the order value.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply depending on the order value. COD may not be available for certain high-value orders.

Customers can also choose prepaid payment during checkout for faster order processing. Prepaid orders may be eligible for special discounts.

For security and delivery confirmation, some COD orders may require OTP verification at the time of delivery.

Delays
Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
