Refund & Return Policy – Rajrani Trends

At Rajrani Trends, we aim to deliver premium quality sarees with full care. However, if you face any genuine issue, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is defective

• Wrong product delivered

We do not accept returns for:

• Color variation due to screen differences

• Change of mind

• Minor thread variations in handwork sarees

2. Return Window
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

3. Condition of Return

• Product must be unused

• Must be in original packaging

• With all tags intact

4. Refund Process
After inspection and approval:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only in case of:

• Damaged product

• Wrong product delivered
